Athi on Athi Action

A story by

Chad Rossouw

on the 23rd of July 2015. This should take you < 1 minute to read.

Athi Mongezeleli Joja criticizes Athi-Patra Ruga’s The Elder of Azania in his latest piece for the M&G. Joja suggests that Ruga’s work is at best an opening act for Lady Gaga, and lays into his characterisation of Azania as a myth.

Joja, however, might just have a solipsistic view of performance art.

Read the piece here.
