Mthethwa Trial | Read the final arguments before 16th March 2017

On the 16th March at 09:30 the court’s judgement on the State vs Mthethwa trial will be heard.

In the interests of the art community, and absolute accuracy, we are posting the Western Cape High Court transcript of the State and the defence’s final arguments to our site. You can access the transcript below:
