Gabrielle Goliath at NiROX PROJECTS at Arts on Main

The 'mistress of crime writing', PD James, once noted that 'what the detective story is about is not murder but the restoration of order'.

In this exhibition Gabrielle Goliath considers how South Africans mediate the trauma of crime through morbidly fascinated retelling; she also considers the impulse to reach closure in the wake of crime's assault on the collective psyche.

This exhibition is presented by MAKER.
