'Perceptions'
Aldo Balding at The Christopher Moller Art GalleryLeonardo da Vinci said : "A good painter has two main objects to paint, man and the intention of his soul. The former is easy, the latter hard as he has to represent it by the attitude and movement of the limbs."
This exhibition is a glimpse into a world that intrigues me, it is my vision, my perception of things. I hope the works are not melodramatic, but real, real lives, real people in real situations. I love all subject matters but nothing moves me like the interaction of people.
There is a thread of subtle tension in my work that exists in us all.
