What Is My Subscription Account?
Your Subscription Account is where all your monthly contributions are stored. You can also see all your invoices, change your subscription, edit your details or 🙁 cancel your account. If you are logged in, you can see it here.
How Do I Login
Just go here. Click on the Login button.
How Do I Get My Discounts?
If you are logged in, your discount is automatically subtracted from the price in our shop.
What if I Want to Cancel?
You can cancel at any time by logging in and visiting your subscription account. If you are feeling broke and need a little break from monthly payments, you can sign up again at anytime and all your savings will still be in your subscription account. If you want to cancel for all time, we unfortunately can’t refund you. We suggest you use your balance to buy a print before you cancel.
Can I Upgrade/Downgrade My Subscription
We’re flexible. You can change your subscription at any time by clicking change under your subscription at your subscription account.
How Do I Buy a print
Go visit our shop where your subscription discount has already been applied if your are logged in. Simply select the Subscription Account option at checkout and add your username into the order notes. If your Subscription Account doesn’t quite cover the full amount and you want to pay the balance with PayFast, contact us, and we’ll send you a discount code.
What is PayFast?
PayFast is an awesome local payment gateway. They will process your card quickly and safely, and manage the recurring billing. Did we mention they’re local?
