Penny Siopis monograph to be published
Artist, curator, writer, and professor and head of the Fine Arts department at Wits University, Penny Siopis is about to receive her due with the publication by Goodman Gallery Editions of a monograph on her work.
Too infrequently do artists have their work individually recognised in a significant publication. Siopis has been a prominent member of the South African arts community since the early �80s, and it is certainly time that such a document is published.
The Goodman Gallery will be launching the book from January 13 to 15 with 900 standard copies available and another 100 copies with original framed paintings being offered. For further information interested individuals can contact the Gallery on
