Artists give Bush pause for thought
Artists Jacques and Lean Coetzer presented a telling message to US President
George Bush on his recent visit to the Union Buildings in Pretoria on July
9. With the help of supporters, they displayed a banner reading GOD IS NOT
AMERICAN.
When interviewed they explained: "The message is simple: God is not American
or Saudi or South African or Swedish or Swazi."
