Kebble award gets closer

Mid-July marked the final decision-making by Clive van den Berg and his team for the selections of participants in the 2004 Brett Kebble Art Awards. The final entrants will now be exhibited in Cape Town and the grand winners selected by a jury for awards in October.
There are a total of 220 final selections out of the over 2000 submissions. This includes some collaborative submissions by either multiple artists, or entries by groups such as the 'Boitumelo Sewing Project' and 'Monkeybiz' amongst others. Some of the 'usual suspects' will appear along with some newcomers.
