Joburg Art Fair
Following the success of the 2008 Joburg Art Fair, the second installment is set to open at the Sandton Convention Centre from April 3 to 5 2009.
Galleries featured at this year's fair are Gallery MOMO, Galerie Amea d'Afrique, Galerie Peter Hermann, Goodman Gallery, David Krut Projects, Art on Paper, João Ferreira Gallery, Whatiftheworld, October Gallery, Seippel Gallery, Warren Siebrits, Michael Stevenson, Brodie Stevenson, CCA Lagos, Everard Read, SMAC, KZNSA, Rooke Gallery, iArt, Erdmann Contemporary, Afronova, Townhouse Gallery, ARTCO, galeriebeatricebinoche and Emerging World Art.
The fair will also present a number of special projects including exhibitions and workshops.
The event is partnered by primary funder First National Bank as well as BMW, Mail & Guardian Online and Sandton Central Managing Director.
