Congratulations for you Artthrob initiative. I like it very much and I think it is more than important to have your experienced point of view on the web.

When I started researching South Africa for Universes in Universe, I was amazed to see how well represented in the Internet it already is . We have included a link to your site both in our South African directories:

Universes in Universe is an extensive information system on the arts of Africa, Asia/ Pacific, the Americas, and their world-wide presence. It builds up a structure for international art exchange and inter-cultural communication via Internet.

Gerhard Haupt, art historian, critic and curator here in Berlin is the initiator of the project and we have developed it together and got it launched last February. It already comprises ca. 1000 html pages in German, English and Spanish.
