We hope to still bring you an article covering the events of Monday 17th October, as we were unable to attend court on that day.

On Monday the cross-examination of the defence’s witness, Tim Atkinson, was expected. Following those events the trial was adjourned until this morning 10:00.

This morning the trial was adjourned again until next week, to enable the defence to proceed with a witness.

Court will resume on Tuesday 25 October at 09:30.
