Premier Helen Zille has launched a Public Art Competition to celebrate South Africa’s 20 years of democracy. Find out more here to submit your entry by 15 October 2014. The winning entry gets R1million to construct the artwork outside the Provincial Government’s new building on the corner of Long and Dorp Streets.
