A Mother Tongue Field Trip
Workshop by Ashley Whitfield and Molemo Moiloa
Yeoville
Johannesburg (SA)
Open to 8 participants, please RSVP
Molemo Moiloa and Ashley Whitfield of the VANSA Winter School facilitate A Mother Tongue Field Trip as an afternoon of mind mapping. This field trip is an exploratory session, a way of bringing to the fore the internal references that inform our views of the world. It is about physically delving into the language that we dream and conjure our aspirations in. It is an attempt to unpack ‘Mother Tongue’ through practice. The trip will interweave introductory notes and reflective processes relating to our understanding of ‘Mother Tongue’.
More details on the Northern Winter Workshops can be found on www.SSS-NWW.org.
