Printmaking at the AVA

A picture collection by Artthrob on the 2nd of July 2015. This should take you 2 minutes to read.

The AVA is currently running a printmaking residency thanks to Strauss & Co. and supported by Business and Art South Africa.  The residency matches up artists with a printmaker for the day.  The idea behind the two month residency is not only to promote and develop skills but to also bring the arts community together in collaborative processes. The AVA is open to the all members of the public who wish to come and watch the artists and printmakers at work. The press was generously lent to the AVA by UCT.

The project runs till the end of July.
